IXON’s Sales Team listens carefully to the wishes, dreams and goals of our customers: the machine builder. We take them by the hand and show how IXON can help achieve their goals. In reality this means having deep, innovative talks with machine builders, attending trade fairs to better understand the market demand and continually learning as much as possible about IXON, our solution, customer segments and our competitors.

It is a team effort
Our sales team doesn't focus on individual achievements. It’s all about seeing the bigger picture and achieving IXON’s goals together. With dedicated teams for several European regions, such as Benelux, Italy, Germany, the Nordics and many more to come, we represent IXON on a global level. The sales team is internationally oriented with colleagues working from our HQ in Boxmeer as well as throughout Europe.

What makes your job different?
“At IXON, it’s all about making an impact from day one. It doesn’t matter if you’re fresh from school and have little experience. You go straight into the field and are directly responsible for the success of IXON.”

If you had to name one milestone that you’re most proud of…
“Monetary milestones are often first thought of in a sales team, but we believe that the personal development of our team is just as important. Several team members started out as interns with little to no sales experience. They grew into account management roles and are now successfully growing their respective markets.”

What’s the best moment you’ve shared as a team?
“I always look forward to participating in trade shows. It puts our team in the centre of the action, face-to-face with our market in a way that few other events or marketing channels can. Not to mention how much fun it is to spend a week abroad with your team.”
